Finding True Self Love

What do we mean by Self Love?

I believe that this is when we truly take care of our authentic self and when we do that everything else takes care of itself. And what doesn’t, doesn’t matter!

However, it’s not always easy to do this when we are often our own harshest critic. We spend so much time agonising over as well as trying to ‘fix’ various aspects of ourselves; believing only then we can truly love ourselves and be worthy of the love of others.

In this workshop we focus on transforming your relationship with you and deepening your connection with your true authentic self through:

* Understanding what truly makes you happy

* Who’s talking – language and communication

* Learning to listen to your true self

* Explore self love and how to nurture yourself

It takes place in the beautiful setting of Torrington Hall, a luxury 18th century mansion and hotel in the centre of St Albans.

    Learn to Meditate

    Online Course

    Our 8 wk meditation course, as taught to the London Ambulance Service team, focusses on using meditation to regulate the autonomic nervous system (fight or flight/rest and digest). During the course you will learn and practice different meditation techniques, that can easily be practiced whenever or wherever they need it to bring quiet and calm to the mind and body.

      Online Guided Meditation 

      All you need is yourself and somewhere that you will feel comfortable sitting during the meditations, this could be a chair or the floor. Places are limited as we keep them to a small group size of no more than 12 participants.

      Every Tuesday 8:00 p.m. – 9:00p.m

      £10 – One off Meditation class

      £30 – One calendar month of weekly meditation classes pre-paid which could be up to 5 classes

      £35 – 4 Meditation classes pre-paid to be used within 8 week period
