By using this site you are agreeing to follow and abide by our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Throughout these terms, we will refer to ourselves as St Albans Holistic Therapies, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ this means St Albans Holistic Therapies. We may revise the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.

Terms of Sale

We try our best to make sure that all information on our website, including descriptions of our products and listed prices are accurate at all times. However, if we do make a mistake we’ll try to resolve it as soon as possible and if we spot that an error has affected your order we’ll do our best to let you know.

Some photographs of our goods are generic and therefore you may not receive the specific item displayed in the photographs shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products however we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

All our crystals, minerals and goods are natural or made from natural materials. Natural inclusions and markings within and on these items do not constitute a fault.

Orders and Delivery

When placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card, including the full cost for delivery.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort it out for you. UK Delivery

Delivery costs will vary as we ship and charge by weight and size of product.  When you are ready to place your order the postage costs will clearly be displayed in your shopping basket before you pay for your order.

Products ordered and paid for should be delivered to you through Royal Mail in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been despatched. In certain circumstances they can take up to 7 days but you will be informed via email. We ship all orders through Royal Mail so please look out for the note if you are out.

All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person or as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. European and International Deliveries are not available through our online store. For enquiries, please contact us at


Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Thanks for shopping with St Albans Holistic Therapies.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, any product you return must be within 7 days, in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. Payment for the return shipping is your responsibility and must be returned via recorded delivery.

If you decide to cancel an order, please do this within 24 hours by contacting us at, detailing the cancellation request and order number. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days.  Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
