Meditation can help to bring awareness, balance as well as regulate our emotions and nervous system. By calming our mind, we can begin to become more centred and able to smooth out our emotional peaks and valleys by becoming more in tune with the workings of our own mind. 

The word ‘meditation’ originates from the Latin verb mediatum, ‘to ponder’. It involves taking time to contemplate and take note of ones thoughts and feelings from an observational point of view without acting upon them.

The great thing about meditation is that it is accessible to us all at any time. Our sessions will introduce you to various meditation and mindful practices that can easily be incorporated into our everyday lives.
