Meditation – mindfulness and calm for everyday life 

Meditation can help to bring awareness, balance as well as regulate our emotions and nervous system. By calming our mind, we can begin to become more centred and able to smooth out our emotional peaks and valleys by becoming more in tune with the workings of our own mind. 

The great thing about meditation is that it is accessible to us all at any time. Our sessions cover various meditation and mindful practices that can easily be incorporated into our everyday lives.

Learn to Meditate

Online Course

Our 8 wk meditation course, as taught to the London Ambulance Service team, focusses on using meditation to regulate the autonomic nervous system (fight or flight/rest and digest). During the course you will learn and practice different meditation techniques, that can easily be practiced whenever or wherever they need it to bring quiet and calm to the mind and body.

Online Guided Meditation 

Every Tuesday 8:00 p.m. – 9:00p.m.

All you need is yourself and somewhere that you will feel comfortable sitting during the meditations, this could be a chair or the floor

Places are limited as we keep them to a small group size of no more than 12 participants.

£10 – One off Meditation class

£30 – One calendar month of weekly meditation classes pre-paid which could be up to 5 classes

£35 – 4 Meditation classes pre-paid to be used within 8 week period

Monthly In-Person Meditation

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress.

We offer a range of meditations including Crystal meditation and Sound Baths.
